Chris Ballback

As a senior account manager, Chris works with economic developers and site selectors to provide a world-class experience throughout the RFI process. Prior to joining Strata Platforms, Chris was part of Global Location Strategies, a site selection firm, where he began his journey of supporting the Lasso platform and its clients through exceptional communication and best-in-class service. From onboarding and training to customer support and communications, Chris collaborates effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to provide outstanding assistance. 

At the intersection of relationships and tech, Chris found his calling early on in his career specializing in startup SaaS companies. Although he spent 2021 to 2023 supporting Global Location Strategies’ software platforms, the bulk of Chris’ decade of experience was with 24/7 Software, a property management SaaS company specializing in large venue operations software. There, Chris gained an understanding of the importance of building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through on-site training and account management services. 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of North Florida. He enjoys playing tennis and golf, and spending time with friends and family.
