R. J. Corman Expands Visibility of Rail-Served Sites Through LocationOne by Strata Platforms

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GREENVILLE, S.C.: August 6, 2026

R. J. Corman Railroad Company is expanding the visibility of its rail-served industrial properties through a new partnership with Strata Platforms, making its site database available through LocationOne, a centralized marketplace for economic development properties across North America.

Through LocationOne, site selectors, corporate real estate professionals, and business investors will be able to discover available rail-served sites across R. J. Corman’s network earlier in the site selection process. The partnership builds on R. J. Corman’s existing investment in high-quality GIS data and property visualization, extending that work into a broader marketplace where companies begin evaluating potential locations.

The initial portfolio includes ten available properties across R. J. Corman’s network, extending from Tennessee to Ohio and Pennsylvania to South Carolina, with additional locations in between.

“This partnership is an important step in expanding how we connect our rail-accessible properties with the broader market,” said Jake Weir, Sr. Director of Industrial Development at R. J. Corman Railroad Group. “By integrating our property portfolio into LocationOne, we are increasing visibility among site selectors and customers, while continuing to support our partners with high-quality data and clear access to opportunities across our network.

LocationOne is designed to help communities, utilities, railroads, and economic development organizations market available sites and buildings through a centralized, searchable platform. By adding its property portfolio to LocationOne, R. J. Corman will increase visibility for its rail-served sites and make it easier for prospective companies and site selection professionals to access property information during the early stages of investment decisions.

“Rail access continues to be one of the most important considerations for many industrial projects, but those opportunities only create value if they’re easy to find. We’re honored that R.J. Corman chose LocationOne to showcase its rail-served properties because it puts those sites directly in front of the corporate location strategy teams and site selectors evaluating investments around the world,” said Susan Donkers, co-founder of Strata Platforms. “Our goal is simple: reduce the time from search to selection by making high-quality industrial property information accessible, complete, and easy to evaluate. Our mission is to remove those barriers by giving them the data they need to move from search to selection faster and with greater confidence. Every day matters in a competitive project, and we’re proud to help connect great industrial properties with the companies looking to invest and create jobs.”

The collaboration will allow R. J. Corman to leverage its existing ArcGIS property data while expanding the reach of those properties through LocationOne. This approach helps reduce duplication, keeps the onboarding process efficient, and creates a stronger connection between property data, site marketing, and business attraction.

The property portfolio is expected to be available on LocationOne following onboarding and final review by the R. J. Corman and Strata Platforms teams.
