Its integration with LOIS also enabled community partners to easily submit properties without duplication, further enhancing efficiency.
Implementation
- Onboarding & Training: Strata Platforms provided onboarding and training for MN DEED’s business development teams across six regions, as well as six orientation trainings for community partners, ensuring they were equipped to use Lasso for efficient RFI responses and property data management.
- Support & Consultation: The Strata Platforms team offered ongoing support, advising on RFI templates and best practices. MN DEED also benefited from account management to continuously optimize their use of Lasso.
- Customization: Strata Platforms captured feedback from MN DEED’s business development team and will be implementing feature enhancements to streamline the RFI process further.
